For instance, MML helps in the coordination of practical sessions for the students in laboratories of the Depts. of Medical Microbiology and Immunology & Molecular Biology, and it coordinates the teaching of certain courses on the Master of Science and Master of Medicine programmes, as well as research projects for selected trainees. Specifically, MML facilitates the Journal Club & Seminar sessions, as well as Research Proposal & Dissertation defences for Master’s students in the Dept. of Medical Microbiology and the Dept. of Immunology & Molecular Biology. Indeed, MML provides projectors for audio-visual presentations, tea and snacks for the participants. MML also supports the laboratory and administrative personnel who help with tutoring and teaching of the undergraduate and graduate students.
As of now research projects for over 60 Master’s students and 20 Ph.D. students from the CHS and sister colleges of the university, as well as four Postdoctoral trainees at CHS have been supported by MML.
